As a wife and mother of two, Dr. Oluwadare uses her personal journey to inspire and uplift others. Since its inception in 2019, the organization has delivered over 40 presentations on leadership and business, hosted more than 50 women’s empowerment events, and engaged over 4,500 participants globally. Through its Small Business Saturday series, Issata O. Inc. has supported women across 80 institutions of higher education and helped high-powered clients launch businesses, books, and brands.

Dr. Oluwadare is pursuing a Ph.D. in Higher Education Leadership and holds certificates in Women’s Leadership from Yale School of Management and in Leading Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion from Northwestern University.
