Under her leadership, T’s Creation Christian Childcare has consistently achieved the highest standards in North Carolina’s Environment Rating Scale Assessment. For over two decades, the daycare has maintained a five-star rating, with Dr. Melton earning a perfect score of 15 out of 15 in every assessment. This achievement underscores her dedication to providing a nurturing, engaging, and age-appropriate environment for children.

Dr. Melton has been chosen to participate in North Carolina’s inaugural Family Child Care Mentorship Program, a prestigious initiative aimed at supporting and guiding new childcare providers.
