A native of Cleveland, Ohio, Dr. Marnetta Bridget-Lewis has devoted her life to empowering others through faith, outreach, and education. As a co-pastor of Fountain of Grace Outreach Ministries, Dr. Bridget-Lewis has been a beacon of hope and change in her community since the ministry’s inception in 2006. Her journey, both spiritual and personal, is a testament to resilience, compassion, and an unwavering belief in the transformative power of God’s grace.

A Divine Calling

Dr. Bridget-Lewis’s path to ministry began at the Church of the Lion of Judah, where she met Pastor Albert J. Lewis Sr. Their union, blessed by shared faith and purpose, led to their marriage in 2008 and the establishment of a ministry focused on outreach and healing. Together, they have built a legacy of service, addressing some of the most pressing challenges faced by their community.

Transforming Lives Through Outreach

At the heart of Dr. Bridget-Lewis’s ministry is her commitment to outreach programs that uplift and empower. She was instrumental in establishing the G.R.A.C.E. (Gaining Recovery at Christ’s Expense) Recovery Ministry, which provides support and guidance to individuals and families affected by addiction. Recognizing the importance of addressing broader societal needs, she also developed the My Sister’s Keeper Women Support Group, later renamed Diamonds in the Rough, to mentor and uplift women through faith-based empowerment.

Her leadership has extended to youth programs such as the D.V.A. (Drug–Violence–Awareness) initiative, back-to-school festivals, and holiday gift drives. These initiatives have significantly impacted countless families, underscoring her dedication to fostering community well-being.

Nurturing Young Minds

In 2019, Dr. Bridget-Lewis launched the Diamond Girls Program at Mound Elementary School, providing mentorship and support to over 30 female students. Her focus on nurturing young minds and fostering leadership exemplifies her mission to create a better future for the next generation.

A Legacy of Recognition and Faith

Dr. Bridget-Lewis’s contributions have not gone unnoticed. In 2020, she and Pastor Lewis were honored with the Drum Major for Change Award by the Cleveland Public Library for their embodiment of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.’s principles of justice and righteousness. Later that year, Dr. Bridget-Lewis was ordained as Co-Pastor of Fountain of Grace Ministries Inc. and The Recovery Church, further solidifying her role as a spiritual leader.
